Novotech is an engineering innovation partner for companies operating in aerospace field and advanced technology sectors, founded in 1992 as spin-off from the Department of Aerospace Engineering of the University of Naples “Federico II”.
The Company has developed a specific - and nowadays well consolidated know-how especially focused on design, production and certification of aircrafts and part of them, including signal processing, static and dynamic experimental testing. Novotech can count also on advanced capabilities in automated composites fabrication processes. Novotech has always pursued an industrial policy based on the diversification of products and clients and operates on three different pillars/divisions:
1. Prototype development and production of components in composite material with advanced and automated technologies (Avetrana plant)
2. Development of light aircraft for General Aviation with innovative technological and propulsion solutions (Casoria Plant)
3. R&D activities on the two pillars/divisions above with funding acquired at regional (Puglia and Campania regions), ministerial (MISE, MITE, MUR, etc) and European (Horizon 2020, Horizon Europa, etc)
